Angie loves making technology better. She is a specialist in customer-centered design and development. She is passionate about building teams to sustainably become more user-oriented.

She currently teaches HSLU’s Bachelor in Digital Ideation program and is available through crstl for highly focused contract work in the field of user research, customer experience strategy as well as for consulting work in organisational design and capability building.

Previously, Angie worked at a number of renowned agencies specialising in user experience and service design in Switzerland and Australia. She holds a Bachelor in Interaction Design and a Master in Business Administration (MBA) from Melbourne Business School.

She is an organiser and board member of the Front Conference Zurich, Switzerland’s largest web conference. Besides that she is seriously engaged in getting more women into tech: She runs the Basel chapter of We Shape Tech, a network for greater diversity and inclusion in technology and innovation; and she is a member of Ladies that UX, a world-wide network supporting women working in the field of user experience.
